"Hi, thanks for stopping by. My name is JJ and I've been working in the wedding industry for over a decade. I love to DJ and the energy I'm able to bring to an event through music really brings me great joy. Since as early as I can remember... I've always loved music. From being introduced as a kid to every genre possible by my older brother, to learning what makes 1500 people dance at Southern California's best dance clubs, all the way to remembering what songs worked and didn't work from over 900 weddings... I've loved it all. It's a true honor when we're considered for your special day, for we truly love what we do and seeing the smiles on everybody's faces after an amazing event is simply icing on the cake."

JJ The DJ Events has been making waves in the Wedding Industry for over 15 years. With our experience in both the wedding and entertainment industry we've brought every event to life with knowledge, experience, our personable personalities and love for music.
A graduate of Chapman University, JJ first sought out a career in the Financial Industry and after touching his 1st set of turntables at a Superbowl Party in 2007 he immediately heard his calling. He was so intrigued with DJing, that he didn't watch one minute of his favorite quarterback Peyton Manning in a Colts win 29 - 17 over the Chicago Bears.
Over the years JJ The DJ has worked closely with many of the top venues, vendors, and wedding planners throughout Southern California. These successful collaboration have led to countless awards and industry wide recognition. Recently, JJ was responsible for helping one of Southern California's leading Wedding Companies win the highly coveted Wedding Wire Couple's Choice Award.

From humble beginnings have come some great accomplishments. JJ The DJ has had their hand in over 900 weddings, DJ'd for the likes of Hurley, Oakley and even the Owner of Paul Mitchell (shown below). JJ's very own DJing career came nearly full circle when asked to perform for NFL Superstar Tight End Marcedes Lewis of the Jacksonville Jaguars.
